Is YessQueens a good salon for a lash lift in 's-Hertogenbosch?
Yes, lash lifts and lash and brow treatments are a fixed part of our range in 's-Hertogenbosch. You will find the treatment with its price and duration on our treatments page, and you can book an appointment online straight away.
Which days and times are you open?
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday; we are closed on Monday and Sunday. The current opening hours per day are always on our contact page and are also shown in the online calendar when you book an appointment.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
We work by appointment only, so that we can set aside enough time and attention for you. The quickest way is to book online on our appointment page, or you can call or message us.

Making appointments
How do I make an appointment at YessQueens?
The quickest way is to book online on the appointment page: choose a treatment, a specialist and a time that suits you, and you will receive a confirmation by email straight away. Prefer personal contact? Feel free to call or message us and we will plan it together.
Can I come the same day?
That depends on current availability - the online calendar always shows the times that are really available, so if there is still a spot today you will see it straight away. If a day is fully booked, you can join the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as a spot becomes free.
I don't know which treatment suits me. What now?
Then book the free intake. During this no-obligation conversation we look at your skin and wishes together and advise which treatment (or combination of treatments) fits best - without any commitment.
Can I combine several treatments in one appointment?
In many cases, yes. Please get in touch beforehand, so we can reserve enough time and take into account the order in which treatments complement each other best.
It is my first visit. What should I keep in mind?
Please come without make-up on the area to be treated, so we can start straight away. Take your time to ask your questions - we deliberately plan time for a good intake conversation, even for an 'ordinary' treatment.
Payment
When and how do I pay?
You pay in the salon after the treatment. If you prefer a particular payment method, please let us know beforehand and we will take it into account.
Are the treatments reimbursed by my health insurer?
YessQueens is registered with ANBOS and Skin Geregistreerd. As a result, our treatments are reimbursed by almost all Dutch health insurers from the supplementary insurance, provided you have this cover. Not sure about your cover? Check with your insurer beforehand, or ask us for the details you need.
Can I use a discount code when booking?
Of course. If you have received a valid discount code (for example through a promotion or as a birthday gift), enter it in the last step of online booking. The discount is applied automatically.
Are the prices on the website up to date?
Yes, the prices on our prices page are always the current prices. For packages and courses with several treatments we discuss the total price beforehand, so you never face any surprises.
Cancelling & rescheduling
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please call or message us, preferably as early as possible and at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer your spot to another client. You can also cancel with the button in your confirmation or reminder email. If you cannot make it, we will gladly find a new time with you.
Does cancelling cost money?
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we do not charge anything. If you cancel later or do not show up without notice, we unfortunately charge € 35 for the reserved time - after all, we kept that time free for you and could have offered it to another client.
I am ill. Can I reschedule my appointment free of charge?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that illness cannot be planned and we are happy to think along with you about a suitable solution.
Treatments
Which treatments do you offer?
From facials and skin improvement to body contouring, hair mesotherapy and lashes & brows. See the full, current range on our treatments page, including prices and duration for each treatment.
How long does an average treatment take?
This varies greatly per treatment: from 20 minutes for a targeted treatment to well over an hour for an extensive facial or body treatment. The exact duration is always stated on the page of the treatment in question.
Can I get advice without booking a treatment straight away?
Yes, that is what the free intake is for. No obligations, just honest advice on what is and is not worthwhile for your skin.
Do you work with professional brands?
We work with professional treatment brands such as IMAGE Skincare, supplemented with equipment for microneedling and body contouring, among other things. During the intake we explain which products and techniques we use for your treatment.
Results & expectations
When will I see results?
This differs per treatment, skin type and person - which is why we deliberately make no hard promises about results. For most skin-improving treatments a course of several sessions is usual for a visible and stable result; we always discuss this with you in concrete terms beforehand.
Is one treatment enough?
For a single, relaxing treatment, yes. For skin improvement (think microneedling, peels or hair mesotherapy) a course of several treatments generally works better, because the skin needs time to recover and build up between treatments. We advise you on this per treatment.
What can I do myself to support the result?
Good home care really makes a difference: a suitable daily routine, drinking enough water and - very important - using SPF every day. After every treatment we give you concrete advice that fits your skin.
Aftercare
Will I receive aftercare advice after a treatment?
Always. After every treatment we discuss what you should and should not do in the first days (think sun, exercise, make-up or certain products) and give practical advice for at home.
Can I exercise or go to the sauna after a treatment?
That depends on the treatment. After more intensive skin-improving treatments we usually recommend avoiding sweating, heat and strong sunlight for the first 24 to 48 hours. We always give you specific advice on this, tailored to your treatment.
What if I see a reaction on my skin after a treatment?
Slight redness or sensitivity straight after a more intensive treatment is normal and usually short-lived. If a reaction persists or you are worried, simply contact us - we are happy to think along with you.
Safety & hygiene
How do you ensure hygiene in the salon?
Hygiene is a fixed part of every treatment: used materials are cleaned or, where applicable, discarded after use, and we follow fixed hygiene protocols for every client. Questions about how we do this for your treatment? Feel free to ask during your appointment.
Is the equipment you use safe?
We work with equipment that is specifically intended for professional use in the beauty industry and that is maintained and used according to the supplier's instructions.
Am I insured against damage during a treatment?
As a salon registered with ANBOS we work according to the industry guidelines that apply to professional beauty salons. If you have specific questions about this, feel free to ask - we are happy to answer openly and honestly.
When a treatment is not possible
Can I have a treatment during pregnancy?
Not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always mention this beforehand when booking or during the intake, and we will look together at what is and is not responsible and, if necessary, suggest an alternative.
I take medication or have a skin condition. Can I still come?
Always tell us beforehand. Some medication (such as blood thinners or certain acne medication) and skin conditions (such as active infections, open wounds or inflamed acne) can mean that a treatment cannot take place for the time being or has to be adapted. We are happy to discuss this honestly with you during the (free) intake, so that we make a safe choice.
I have just been on holiday and have a tan. Can I have a peel or microneedling?
With freshly sunburnt or recently tanned skin we often advise against more intensive treatments, or postpone them, to prevent irritation. Not sure? Simply discuss it with us beforehand.
Products
Do you sell products for home use?
During your treatment we are happy to advise which products suit your skin, matched to the professional brands we work with in the salon. Feel free to ask about it during your appointment.
Are the products used suitable for sensitive skin?
We work with professional skincare brands and always match the chosen products to your skin type. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please mention it beforehand and we will explicitly take it into account.
Skin types & skin advice
I don't know my skin type. Can you determine it?
Yes, that is exactly what the free intake is for. We look at your skin, discuss your concerns and wishes, and advise which treatment and products fit best.
Do you also have treatments for blemished or oily skin?
Certainly - take a look, for example, at our peels aimed at blemished skin or at the facials that tackle impurities and oil production. We are happy to advise which option fits your situation best.
I have pigmentation spots or an uneven skin tone. What do you recommend?
For this we have targeted treatments such as lightening peels. The best advice comes during an intake, where we look at the cause and severity of the pigmentation.
What is the difference between the facials (Basic, Luxe, Deluxe)?
The structure is similar (cleansing, skin analysis and care), but the more extensive versions include extra steps such as facial massage, a mask or LED therapy, and therefore also take longer. Not sure which version suits you? We are happy to advise you personally.
